Emotions cause PAIN

EMOTIONS – Everyone has them!

Every person has emotions.  Once in a while our emotions causes us to get sick.  I have had a very traumatic event in my life at age 7.  Since that time I have been sick more on then off.  After over 40 years I found out that emotions have a lot to do with health.  So, at the time of the trauma or upset you need to talk to someone or make sure you have a way of get that trauma out of your system.  If you don’t then dis-ease will strike you.  Most people I have been in contact with has had some emotional upset which has not been taken care of at the time of the emotional upset.  The people that I have known that had a lot of trauma has had more dis-ease then the that have little to no trauma in their lives.  I have noticed that the people with little to no trauma in their lives are usually healthier and happy then the ones with trauma in their lives.

I had a doctor tell me about a book that will help you if you are so inclined to buy it (at Amazon for less than $20) and read it and do the work it requires to help you through the trauma.  This book is called “Feelings Buried Alive Never Die”.   At the back of the book will tell you if you have this dis-ease what emotions are causing it.

This book will tell you the emotions behind the disease you have.  I went through this book and was shocked at what emotions caused what disease.  This was just one traumatic event that I had.  Imagine when you have had several such as abuse (no matter what kind of abuse) growing up or even in your adult years.  No, mine was not abuse.

In order to get better, my belief is that you have to take care of the emotional just as much as the physical and spiritual.

I would guess that 90 to 95% of doctors do not know about this component and if they did they usually don’t want to get involved in someone’s emotions.  This is why we have therapists.  Everyone needs someone to talk to so going to a therapist is not bad.

Personally I did not think “talk” therapy was for me.  I always thought I should go but I just didn’t think that kind of therapy worked very well.  I worked in a therapy office and the people who went through there that I noticed didn’t seem to get a lot better, if any better at all.

I went to two people.  One was a cranial-sacral massage therapist who does emotional work. (Cranial-Sacral Massage therapy does a certain type of massage – not necessarily emotional work although some do get into that aspect of it.)  The other was a person who did Orgone Therapy.  To learn more about this therapy go to:  https://orgonomicscience.org/orgone-therapy/

If you know about muscle memory – anything that you have experience trauma-wise is in your muscles and stays in your muscles until it is removed.  It took a while but as I worked through this with my very excellent therapist in Portland, OR I have a better outlook – no more disease comes into my life.  What I am dealing with is just residual stuff that the “Feelings Buried Alive Never Die” book should help me with.  I like myself better, I feel more positive and have a better outlook on life.  I am more who God made me instead of the event that took place made me.

Other therapies that will help is Theta Therapy, Meta Therapy (metaphysical) and Reiki Therapy. I am sure there may be others out there that I don’t know about so research it out. Reiki Therapy a lot of massage therapist are capable of doing.

Something that does not cost anyone any money just time and not much of that. Go to youtube.com and type in Ho’onoponopono. This is basically a mantra that you repeat with soothing music. I’m Sorry – Please Forgive Me – I Love You – I Thank You.

It is amazing what this will do. The history of this is on you tube. HOW TO HEAL WITH HAWAIIAN HO’OPONOPONO – Dr Joe Vitale | London Real – YouTube
