Through certain doctors I have been read that people who are low on chromium and vanadium has a greater risk of diabetes. The doctors have found out that taking elemental chromium is a good bet to reducing insulin or getting completely off insulin. Chromium is something your body needs so get tested to see where your chromium levels are. Also, Amazon.com sells chromium or you could get it at your local store. If you know how to muscle test then muscle test each chromium brand to see which one is best for you. If you don’t know who to muscle test then I guess you pick the one you think is best. If it doesn’t do anything in a month or two try a different brand.

I have heard that Dragonfruit is supposed to help with your A1C. You can go online and look at all the amazing things Dragonfruit does. I have been told that Dragonfruit – if eaten one fruit twice a week – 1/2 in the early week and 1/2 later in the week – it should normalize your A1C. Of course, with all things I would try it. Dragonfruit is found in most grocery stores.
I also heard that Berberine 500 mg helps with glucose metabolism. You might try both and see if it helps lower your diabetes medicine or gets you completely off the meds. You can get Berberine from Amazon.com or other stores if looking it up from the internet. If you can, muscle test which brand is best for you and your body. If not, your best guess.
Something else is Betel leaves. Use this as a tea and drink it. Boil 3 to 4 leaves to make the tea.
Make sure you ALWAYS check your blood sugar levels when doing any of these remedies. You blood sugar level should not be below what the doctor has told you.
There are lots of ways you can control diabetes or pre-diabetes without going on drugs. I am not saying drugs are not essential in some cases but through diet change, exercise (not excessively) and taking supplements (the right kind) you may be able to not be on drugs.
